Switch- or right-click on an AIFF, WAV, CAF audio file or .mov, MPEG-4, and H.264 video files and pick out “Encode Selected [Video/Audio] Files” from the Services menu at the bottom of the contentual menu pop-up. A unpretentious window appears where you can choose your encoder settings.
